Support and Development

BG-BASE is a constantly evolving system, and new features are being continually added, largely based on user input. BG-BASE is developed and supported from two international centers, one in the US and the other in the UK.

Post Installation Support

BG-BASE comes with 90 days of post-installation support. After that time, support is offered to users with a current Support Agreement. Such users are encouraged to contact either of the two development and support centers to discuss any BG-BASE questions or problems they might have.

Support Agreements

Annual Support Agreements are available, which provide users with unlimited support via telephone, fax, or email; this support can be provided by any of the staff at either of the two development and support centers.

(Note that this does not replace the existing means of system support for those users with technical support agreements. Rather, this represents an additional way to find out more about the system, how other users are using it, etc.)
